Lowell A. Jobe is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 2 decades of experience providing tax and advisory services to publicly traded companies. He began his career with 11 years’ experience in advisory services for “Big 4” firms.
For the past many years, he has operated his own firm providing Internal Audit, Accounting and Consulting services to several hundred public companies ranging in size from Pre-revenue start-ups to $20B+ revenue and operating in a wide variety of industries including bio-tech, consumer products, distribution, education, financial services, high-tech, medical device, manufacturing, retail and transportation.
Since 2007, Lowell has been the author of knowledge content for Thomson Reuters’ eSmart Practice Aids and has contributed to several audit guides published by Thomson Reuters including the Public Company audit guide.
Lowell is a member of the AICPA, IIA, and ISACA and holds a BS and MS in Accounting from the University of North Texas.

Jim Yarrish
Jim brings over 30 years of business and non-profit leadership experience to the AC3 team. He possesses a BBA in Finance and MBA in Human Resource Management/Organization Design. Since receiving his MBA in 1997, he has been committed to helping both small and large organizations operate more efficiently and develop their people for success.
His work experiences include business consulting with Accenture and leading organization and customer development departments with Essilor. Most recently, he has taken on the challenge of running a business that offers a variety of contract services to the multi-family and commercial tenant industries.
Outside of work, Jim is involved in the community through his local church and has years of involvement as a leader and board member for Young Life. Along with his wife, Sunny, he enjoys loving on his two kids, Ellie (6) and Hoot (4).
Sunny Yarrish
Sunny Yarrish is a business leader with a rich set of experiences and success in sales, marketing and business development. She has worked in complex, market leading organizations across diverse industries and has launched many transformational marketing initiatives. She has deep expertise in building brands, generating leads and planning omni channel campaigns.
Sunny holds a MBA from Texas Christian University and BA in International Business from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
Trixia Esportono
Trixia is an experienced bookkeeper who has provided outsourced bookkeeping services for over 9 years. She serves clients as a lead bookkeeper using QuickBooks Desktop and Online software. Her experience includes financial administration, accounts receivable, accounts payable, filing of Sales and Federal tax forms, invoicing, and other administrative needs.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Accounting and has her Intuit QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification.
In her free time, Trixia loves to spend quality time with her family and dogs. She also enjoys trips to the beach.
Jelyn Flor
Jelyn Flor is an experienced bookkeeper. She currently works as a lead bookkeeper and data manager for clients in manufacturing, retail and service sectors.
Jelyn holds a BS in Management Accounting and is currently working to complete her MBA. She is a devoted wife and mother of a beautiful 1-year old daughter.
