Failure to file an extension by the Corporate Tax Filing deadline may cause you to be subject to various penalties
and interest. An extension simply extends the filing deadline of your Corporate Returns, it DOES NOT relieve you
from paying any taxs owed on the due date of the Corporate Returns including State Franchise Taxes or other Fees.
Failure to pay any tax due with the extension may result in various penalties and interest.
